  2. This latest release of Operation: Overkill II is not a FORMAL upgrade, meaning
  3. it contains no major functional changes in the game (ie: Hydrite Prison).
  4. This .98-7 version merely contains a few play-bug fixes, which allow for a 
  5. better flow of the game.
